The Company

Denby Distribution Ltd is a boutique distribution company established in 2003, that offers tailored 3pl and 4pl solutions. We are ISO 9001 certified and a MPI Transitional facility as well as being Medsafe accredited. Quality Assurance is at the forefront of everything we do. We have a wide client base with a main focus on the supply of medical devices.

The Role

We have an opportunity for an Administration Officer to join the Denby Team. The position is a maternity leave contract for a period of 11 months with the opportunity of a permanent role for the right candidate.

As the Administration Officer you will work alongside the Warehouse Manager and reporting directly to the General Manager, you will:

  • Be responsible for maintaining and overseeing the Quality Management System
  • Assisting in the management of key client accounts
  • Ensure work is completed to a high standard and all targets (productivity, quality, and safety) are met.

Skills and Experience

  • Proven experience in Quality Assurance with a background in ISO9001.
  • You will have impeccable time management and communication skills both written and oral and have an eye for detail.
  • Experience in Account Management and Customer Service.
  • You will be a practical, proven problem solver.
