Job description: There are two members in HSE department, from the daily work of HSE activities, you can improve your communicate skills and learn a lot on how to dealing with complicated problems.
You will be responsible for,
-Lead team to consolidate Prysmian HSE culture and host HSE activities in Suzhou site.
-Lead HSE re-fresh training to all employees and consolidate“Three Tier”HSE training for new employees.
-Prepare and maintenance HSE SOPs&WIs. Plan and follow up HSE hazard prevention program.
-Lead routine HSE inspection. Push and follow up relevant Dept. to implement corrective actions.
-Collect HSE data, and make Suzhou monthly HSE report.
-Lead HSE pre-assessment/commissioning/Govt. final acceptance for Suzhou new/changing project to comply with China regulation requirement.
-Lead Suzhou special equipment safety management, enhance regular inspection and maintenance. Ensure to comply with regulation requirements and no related HSE incident.
-Lead industrial hygiene management, take IH hazard regular testing and occupational health check-up.
-Take routine HSE inspection in workshop. Stop and correct anything violated HSE rules.
-Lead fire-alarm & extinguishing system regular maintenance. Prepare Suzhou site HSE emergency respond program. Build ERP team and take drilling regularly.
-Lead HSE incident investigation and action plan. Follow and push relevant Dept.to complete corrective action on time.
-Track Suzhou site HSE KPI. Learn and share HSE incident and good practices from Prysmian other sites.
-Work with Admin to manage security. Ensure people & property safe.
-Co-work with purchasing and maintenance Dept. to ensure no contractor HSE incident in Suzhou site.
-Co- work with relevant Dept. to treat waste, which ensure Prysmian requirement and China regulation.
-Maintenance the ISO14001 and 45001 and other HSE management system
