Minimum 2 years’ experience with Project Management/Delivery experience. Excellent understanding of the project delivery lifecycle and project management frameworks covering both the traditional waterfall and Agile delivery approaches. Demonstrated project management & planning skills balances strategic skills with tactical execution skills Strong analytical & metrics management skills Experience with Project Financials and Resource Management Strong communication and verbal skills Ability to work in ambiguous environment and adapt to change while managing time and workload with aggressive timelines. Experience with PPM Tool Usage Experience with SharePoint Experiences in developing and maintaining reports (eg. ad-hoc reports/excel reports, etc.) Open to any shift schedule On the job you will: Support the program and project governance and to comply with group and regional requirements on policy, DoA, risk and audit. Ensure the execution an effective portfolio governance framework and project delivery process in conjunction with leadership on portfolio oversight & reporting. Provide line of sight for all functions (i.e. risk, compliance, etc.) in project approvals and the portfolio pipeline. Monitor, control and reporting progress at the portfolio, program and project level, to track and report the project portfolio. Support the system to monitor project progress, financials and resource allocations, providing further transparency and supporting improved management decisions. Report on the project health, status, risk & issues, resources and compliance across the portfolio. Provide regular reports on portfolio health including time, cost, scope and benefits Focus firmly on outcomes, building a framework to measure value, and improving accountability. Improve project expense reporting including plan/actual/forecast across the portfolio Drive portfolio change & learning, Support the use and compliance of Portfolio & Project Management (PPM) tools / Support and drive improvements in processes Support and continuously improve the use of PPM tools, support and further develop real time portfolio level reporting Ensure the completeness and integrity of our project data and provide support to project delivery end-users. Support PDLC, onboarding/offboarding & awareness training with a focus on uplifting people capability & leadership skills.
